In installing the duct work in our Hurricane Wilma damaged home, they cause three penetrations in our new roof. They charged us 7569.00 for work valued at $3400 with no compensation for damages

James "Sam" Vititoe billed us $7569.00 for work not on the proposal and work not agreed to. He was paid against our wishes $7569.00 for duct work He damaged our roof when he installed the air vents for the bathroom. He failed to inform us that it would nullify the warranty on the brand new roof. He failed to reimburse us for the damage. On 1/9/07, Mr. Vititoe was told not to touch our gas air vent as they were not qualified. Also there were no aqppliances installed and therefore no need for the vent.

In his final bill we were billed $320.00 for the vent plus labor. The licensed gas plumber charged us $100 for the vent april 12 and provided a statement that the gas was installed according to code-in lieu of an inspection. The installation of the gas vent caused a third leak in our roof. The exhaust fans were not complete and they failed to put the smoke detector in the duct work.

In installing the box on which the AC sits he made it so big, we had to change out the door to the garage as it blocked the doorway. I want the money for the damage to our roof $1800 per contractor statment for roof damage and reduction of payment for work only valued at $3400.
