Will not pay what he admitted he owes

Fred Knack signed a contract with Southlake Heating & Air to have air conditioning systems installed in his home. The systems were installed and he was to pay in full thirty days after completion. He made a token payment and then refused to pay the remainder. He owes $26,000.00. He has now supposedly gone bankrupt but did not list our company as one of his debts.
