Worst Customer Service Ever!

I've never been handled thus badly in my own living! Being in the customer support business myself, I'm shocked in the method the workers of the organization have managed me so far. I had been realed into the corporation by their extremely small innocent searching revenue men lately this summer. Our community has bugs and its own an issue. We used Orkin Pest control and that I am unfortunately I terminated my support to change to Moxie. Their sales man assured me these were cheaper which he might renounce the first preliminary put up costs easily changed. Obviously I'm not pleased I've bugs a whole lot worse then before plus they declare to get visited my home twice within the last 2 weeks. I acquired a statement on my doorway a week ago declaring these were there last Friday. The following day I'd 3 lions in my own guest-room! Bugs continue to be running the home and that I am beyond annoyed. After I named to stop my support they stated I closed an arrangement to get a 12 months agreement of course if I stop I've to pay for the cancelation charge (160 dollars!) if you should be intrested in by using this organization I highly encourage one to think hard!!! Orkin not just didn't cost a cancelation, they didn't hassle me about something I'd a problem using their billing division in the beginning plus they managed it immedietly. (Orkin) I needed anything managed by Moxies payment division and not just have they not looked after it appropriately all-they did is stated I'm sorry icant enable you!
