We bought the 3 pump heet model almost 4 years ago. And in year 1, the main electric panel went out twice.

Year2 the two-speed pump went out.

And the ozonator, which isn't covered by warrenty.

The spa cabinet falls apart due to the lousy glue and pussboard construction.

At the end of year 3 we developed a lek and it was justafter the warrenty expiredwhen we noticed it. Now I said the leek had to be there for awhile asit had to work its way through therigid sprayfoam insulation. But oh, well, tough luck.

No resolution. Weturned off that seat so yhe leek stopped. Now we have another leek. And a skirtthat falls apart. And I asked for them to get someone here to fix the leeksand cabinet or come pick the piece of junk up and refund our money.

I got no response. It's alot of money for a short period of luxury. That continuously gave us problems.
