Water Heaters Flame Lock Whirlpool Flame Lock JUNK

I have been going back and forth with Whirlpool, with the thermocouples on there Flame Lock Water Heaters for 2Yrs now, we have replaced 4 of them.

The water heater is installed according to the manual and plumber that installed it.

They have a defective thermocouple that you can ONLY get from Whirlpool, ot Lowes (until recently), and they make you pay for it... Some Warranty.

Now they have a repair kit due to a class action lawsuit (big surprise!) but you have to pay for shipping on it too.

There customer service personal are rude, love to read script sheets, and some barely speak English (speaking Spanish to his co-worker).

Paid $15 for overnight shipping to get it, but it took 6 days to get the kit!!!

I will be canceling the overnight $15 charge with my credit card company!

I will NEVER buy another product from Whirlpool EVER again!
