My A/C on-going repairs

Approximately two weeks or so ago, I called in for a repair of my home central air conditioner. Wells Brothers of Anna, Ohio responded and supposedly fixed it. However, in so doing they did not check the plastic hose and the overflow subsequently was backing up in my crawl space overhead. I called you again and you in turn called them. They came again and repaired the hose, but know that it had leaked in my craw space and brown water has seeped into my kitchen. Wells Brothers told me they would let you know about this and you would, again, send some to repair it. To date, June 20, this has not occurred. Please contact me and have this done.
