Ripoff—used left over, wrong color shingles but charged me 2500 as if new

Roman Zelmann was supposed to put a brown roof on half of my house.instead, he used left over shingles from antoher job of the wrong color (gray). He also left garbage on my roof and refused to take it away. He also beat his fists on my kitchen table. He is a savage and a ripoff artist.
