Customer indifference - sharp wall mount microwavve

While repairing unit in their shop technician damaged the digital read. They refused to admit it & treated me with indifference and were smug.independent repair tech said part would not be daqamged while transporting. Also incompetent repairman lost a metal clip for decorative vent cover & instead of installing it they sent a new one still in shipping bag for me to install. Cust. Ser. Mgr., Al Farmer snotty & indignant.
