Signature Finishes (sfinishes.com) was hired by us to stain our kitchen cabinets. They sent two people to do the job. The initial job was completed, however, they needed to come back for touch-up and warranty work. They removed and took doors and hinges from our cabinets.

The doors came back but the hinges did not. I now have doors that I cannot put back on my cabinets because there are no hinges to hang them on.

Justin, Bobby, and Dan have been contacted multiple times to arrange for the hinges to be delivered and the doors to be hanged. They have still not completed the job. They have set appointments, yet failed to show up. They couldn't even drop them in the mail. That has proven to be too much of an effort. They have now ceased to respond to messages. It's been at least 3 months now.

We have made several attempts to help them, help us. So far as much to take pictures of the hinges and email them to justin, just to make sure they could identify our specific hinges. We have wasted many hours, even work hours, staying home waiting for these people to just show up and get us the remaining parts to our doors.

Fast forward: We now have more warranty work that has been reported to them, however, they have not responded at all. DO NOT do business with these people. Write down the names of the principals of this company identified in this report. Do not do any business with them.
