Nationwide Home Warranty
After reporting an a/c problem they got rude and told me the claim was closed after 3 days. Nothing i said would they answer only the claim is clossed. New york

7/1/08 Called Naionwide to report my A/C was not working, they said my contract in my Palm Springs was up for renewal I told them when it was due in Aug tro let me know. Not to bill my visa now, the did on July 3.
After the A/C man came out here he said it needed a condensor, I called NW and asked when this can be done.

The man said I needed 3 years of maintance bill in order for him to OK it. I had a bill not even a year ago that the A/C was taken apart and cleaned. He said that was'nt good enough, I said I would talk to the HOA of the condo where I live and get back to him.

The HOA gave me receipts for the previous year I called back to tell him, and also I looked up the contract that they sent me and there was nothing about 3 years maintance, he told me to look in the computor at the contract, which I did there was a whole paragraph added, but it was not in my contract. I told him I would email that part of the contract and the rest of the bills.

I was then told the CLAIM IS CLOSED, and there is nothing more I can do about it, what ever I said he just kept on saying claim is closed. I had all the proof but he would'nt talk to me and hung up the phone, The next day I called the Dept of Insurance in California and was told the are not licensed to sell in CA. To call NY Insurace Department I did and made a claim at both places, I now find out the are out of Panama.

When ever I call they can tell my voice and hang up on me. I have three contracts with them and I am stuck, one is in Palm Springs Condo a 4 unit building in West Hollywood and Encino Condo. I don't know what else to do. Hope someone can halp me.
