They did destroy most of my move plus they stole tv worth $1000, and matress worth $ 500

I moved from NJ to Wisconsin so I got a phone call from person called Adam (phone number 718-701-0056) (which became out of service after they stole my move). He told me I will give you good rate 50 cents per pound inculdes packing and everything so I agreed and he asked me to pay a deposit with a credit card so I paid $ 350 as a deposit, then on the day of the move June 3rd 2008 the driver came his name is Mark (the phone number he was carrying 551-795-1176) he said you live in the third floor so I have to pay $400 extra, then he said also for plastic wrap I have to pay $ 20 for each piece of my furniture (mattresses, 2 sofa, 2 love seats), so I called the company they started to lie and said yes you have to pay for packing (and they did not mention this when I paid the deposit) so the driver ended up charging me $ 600 extra plus 50 cents for each pound.

He did not put the boxex springs in blankets as he said initially also he wrapped the mirror with regular blanket and charge me $ 45 extra as if he wrapped it in a certain box. Then he filled the truck and a lot of my move was left and he said the truck is full he can not put any more so I ended up throwing alot of my stuff and the rest I loaded to my car.

They brought my move 2 weeks later than the expexted date, and the most important things I want to mention

1-I received all the move either broken or very dirty
2-broken dinning table worth $800
3-broken one chair for the dinnig table
4-broken crib
5-broken copy machine worth $ 300
6-broken plates
7-very dirty mattresses
8-very dirty (2 sofa, 2 love seats)

STOLEN STUFF
1-37 INCH LCD TV I AM SURE THE DRIVER HE DID STEAL IT BECAUSE HE WAS VERY ANGRY AT ME ON THE DAY OF THE MOVE (I GAVE HIM ONLY $20 TIP)
2-STOLEN MATTRESS WORTH $ 500
3-STOLEN BOOK SHELF
when they finished unloaded my move the driver asked me to sign that I received everything after I gave him the rest of the balance cash which was $1111, so I REFUSED TO SIGN BECAUSE I DID NOT RECEIVE EVERYTHING.

I contacted the supervisor (the one who is responsible) his name I beleive is hiams (phone 973-333-6063,1888-379-4496) he was very very nasty, so in summary do not use this company THEY OVER CHARGE, THEY STEAL, THEY BREAK YOUR MOVE

I am in process of sueing them.
