Sheet And Metal Shotty Work and unauthorized billing!

I called this guy from Crow Roofing to come to look at the leak on my roof. I had cancer and was not present when he came I was getting a chemo treatment. I told him to please give me an estimate before he did any work and to let me know what materials he was going to use.

It turns out he got up on the roof and put mastik on my metal roof and then turned around and billed me. Of course I refused to pay! I cannot believe that when I called the company they accused me of "smoking grass" if I thought I wasn't going to pay. They sent me to collections! I can't believe they preyed on me! Watch out for these guys! If they take advantage of a cancer patient I don't know what else they will do! I say be careful with these guys!
