Shoddy craftsmanship terrible customer relations, horrible return policy especially when they are at fault

Ordered a bed from them on Ebay. Payed for the bed and when it was shipped half the bed was missing and most of the hardware and no instructions. I called and they sent some hardware but it was still not right. They would not respond when I asked to speak with the owner. All i got was we will do the research to see what is the problem. I always had to call them, they would not get in touch with me. They are very busy running a business and taking care of a lot of children. This was the excuse I heard constantly, " Sorry but we are taking care of our 5 children and we just had another one". Not my problem.

The directions that were written for the bed are terrible and are unclear. After a lot of complaining I finally got all the parts and bed is still not together correctly because it is made poorly. I spent over two weeks trying to get this worked out. They were unapologetic and everyone passed the blame to someone else. I asked to return the bed and they said they would let me but I had to pay for shipping and 25% of the cost of the bed to reshelve. This would cost me more time and money. They screwed up and I need to cough up more money. Horrible company and terrible customer service.
