The salesman told me that the "tension ease" aristo foam englander, they told me that the bed had to have a 2inch indention in the bed before they would come and look at it for replacement, and now they are saying that sleepzone would come out and look at it and they would always give me a run around for a year, and now they say that they have a new warranty policy, that i would have to come through that factory, and hes always in that paper about givin a donation of your choice to any organization.
