Generally speaking D.C. America and/or American Garden has very little to offer in terms of consumer support. Their website, phone system, assembly manual and inability to communicate through email and avoidance to fax correspondence are to name some of disappointments this company has to offer. As of may 28, I have. Called their company, followed their instruction for parts, which are available on their website. After many attempts filtering through their website, I acquired the parts list. The list seemed to be generic in nature, and the parts descriptions were different then those that came with my assembly instructions, which by the way failed to provide even a stock number.

Noticing the extended lead-time for spare parts orders, I wanted to be sure I ordered the right item the first time. I then decided to call the company, left a message in their voicemail on two occasions. 72 hours passed between calls without a response, so my next attempt was back on the site to search for an email contact.

Absolutely, no luck with going that attempt. I then decided to fax my request/concern. Sent 5 faxes and to date, not one response from this organization. I provided them with my email address, work, home and cell phone number, so absolutely no reason they couldn't reach me. I now own a product that was drilled into my patio, and without it being used for the intent it was purchased for. To allow us to enjoy our patio without mosquitoes and bees.

Indeed a perfect example of extremely poor customer service. Never had in my life have I ever experienced such dissatisfaction from any organization?
