Ripoff deceptive company fraudulent ripoff business

I was contacted by Bobby Jones regarding a Credit Repair package including a Visa or MasterCard with 8.9% interest to help rebuild by credit. I had applied with a company online and thought this was the company. I gave them all my information with a set date to allow the company to debit my account. However, I needed to change my withdrawal date and decided to call the company.

I called today June 30 and when I mentioned what I needed to do, their phone started getting fuzzy and sounding like someone was on a cell phone in a remote area. I told the man on the other end I would just call back. When I called back, no answer. After several tries, I decided to call 411 for a direct dial number. There was no phone listing for Dynamic Credit Services nor do they have an office at that address.

After the painful, embarrassing realization that I had done everything backwards (as well as being stupid) I called my bank who will stop payment on the withdrawal and called our local Sheriff's Office. My understanding of this process is very limited. You know, it is bad enough to have to deal with the painful process of rebuilding credit after having a family crisis without adding insult to injury and being taken advantage of by such scams.

If someone has information on how to report this and a good attorney, contact me immediatly. Please.
