Rip off artists. Quote one price and last minute ask for more or else

We had similar experience as Dwayne of Florida. This compeny quoted a price and they day of pick up, part their truck outside of our driveway and started telling us that we will have to pay more because our sofa chairs are not what they have on list of items to be moved. Also, that we have more than three steps from front door and that the truck is more than 100 ft from front door even though they had parked as far as they wanted to. When we told them to use the door to garage which has only one step, the driver promptly started calling the boss.

We were lucky that we were not under any time pressure to move so we told them to stop picking our furniyure so we won't be hostage for payment. We were ripped off of our $200 deposit for dealing with these rip off artists.

Everyone is better off using local company who will visit, look at furniture and give you much better service and accountable.

Also, you won't have to deal with a rude person like Yossi Harel who hung up on us when we wanted to talk about the extra charges.

We reported to BBB and I think they are in bed with this company and we stopped hearing from them about our complaint.
