Mortgage Broker falsifies info on loan application forged my signature I end up with predatory option ARM loan with AHMSI Irving

I refinanced my home loan in February. After the settlement signing I noticed that I had three different versions of loan applications and all contained varying falsified information and one had my signature and initials forged. This was done by one or more employees of the mortgage broker I went through. I also started to compare the disclosure documents, provided to me by American Brokers Conduit, a division of AHMSI, with the settlement documents. Nothing adds up.

Now I am stuck with a predatory option ARM loan which I was deceived into signing. Don't know what the interest rate is! Didn't know prior to signing this bullshit loan that I would only be able to pay the minimum payment option, so my balance always increases. I am a victim of a fraud and deceptive lending by these two companies. Do you think I can find any help from anyone or anywhere to fix this? Over two years of attorneys and filing complaints with this or that government agency and I still am stuck with an illegal home loan! Whatever happened to the days when something like this never happened in this country?
