Does NOT ship merchandise-no contact info other than yahoo/aol address

I purchased products from website hardyplants.com and received an email confirmation from a yahoo address which indicated I needed to write to an aol address for shipping updates. The company name that my virtual credit card was issued to was hostasaurus.com and the company that the payment resolved to was Specialty Perennials Apple Val.
Purchase was made on 5/14/08. Shipping stated between 5 & 10 days. As of 6/3 - still no shipping & neither the yahoo or aol email addresses respond to requests as to an update.
I filed chargeback with the credit card company this morning 6/3/08. Let others beware - this company has some really hard to find plants listed, too. Pity they don't actually ship them to anyone!!
