Took money, left unfinished, shoddy work on handicapped wing!

Agreement was closed on March 30, to include a disabled space with disabled toilet and sun-room location on entrance and back of home. Didn't finish inclusion despite annually of efforts at replacing all errors repeatedly again. Quit us without any plumbing, no electrical, no floor and escapes... Became popular with over $50,000 and ceased work-in February.
Took money and time from an 89-year old in poor health who had been said to be residing in that space with child and son-in-law.
