Took my money and run

I signed an agreement with resale buy owner to rent out my time share, that coast me $2500. They are suppost to rent the time share and pay me 2500 per rental. To date I have heard nothing, I have tryed to contact them but to no avail. Twice I spoke with costumer service and was told someone would contact me before the day was over that was 3 months ago. I have called and left many messages asking for someone to call me back, no one has. I want to cancle the contract and get my money back. I was told I could cancle at any time.
