Heidi c resale buy owner promised to sell my timeshare in 30 day's took my money & no sale no responce

In 2009 I was contacted by Kevin Hanlin from Resal Buy Owner about the sale of my Time Share in Orlando Florida, Mr. Hanlin stated he could guarentee a 30 day sale of my Time Share for a small fee of $350.00.

I explained to Mr. Hanlin I did'nt have that kind of money due to just being realesed from the Hospital. Mr. Hanlin continued calling me telling me if I could get him the money he would have the Time Share sold with in the 30 day's..

After I borrowed the money and got it to Mr. Hanlin the contact from him on the sale was 1 to 2 call's in month's. Everytime I was anle to get a hold of him it was the same story, "honey I'm trying real hard for you", "sweetheart your my main priority"!!! What a crock.

In July of I contacted Resale Buy Owner again to be told Mr. Hanlin was no longer employed there, a woman by the name of Cheryl called me telling me she would now be taking care of the sale of my Time Share, I had nothing to worry about. She gave me a phone number of 386-761-7177 her so called direct line. Two day's later I tried to contacy Cheryl to find out Resale Buy Owner was no more.

I think these people are a discrace to man kind and should be held accountable for their actions. I trusted these people along with many others who also did. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
