There are not enough unhappy, unpleasant things that I could say to help you understand just how many AWFUL things have happened as a result of my dealings with this company. Besides being HORRIBLY OVERCHARGED - $5,000 to grade and seed 1/2 acre - but then they didn't do the job properly and NEVER FINISHED.
