They consistently over charge for their work. The problems that they caused due to lack of proper management was ignored and even strangely justified and denied altogether.

Bottom line is that they do not like to take responsibility for any mistakes, or problems that arise while they are on the job.

They claim to be Project Managers, but every "manager" was worthless in the fact that they were disorganized, unknowledgeable, argumentative, arrogant, and had no leadership skills that are helpful in protecting a homeowner.

Overall, the enormous billings they submited bi-weekly are enough to knock your socks off, and they appeared to overcharge repeatedly.
A very bad experience overall.
