Time Share Scame Credit Fraud

I checked my credit report and saw that I had thousands of dollars of bad debt. This money is reported as owed to Celebrity Resorts - Tampa. I have never heard of such a place and filed a claim with the credit agency to have the debt removed or flagged fraudulent. They (Experian) denied my claim stating that the debt would remain.
There was no contact information on my report for the company - only an account number. I searched the internet and found a number to call.

When I called the first number (866-507-1428), I was given a second number to call to file a claim with Financial Services (800-588-2680 option 3). The man took my name, telephone number and account number and said he would call me back in a couple of days when he found a copy of my contract.

According to the man in Financial Services ("Ismel") my contract was dated 2001. He then provided me with the address on file, a residence I did not move into until 2005. The information is bogus; it does not add up. Most importantly, I never initiated any such contract and am not legally bound to any such debt; regardless it remains a negative impact to my credit score.
