Listed below is the letter I sent to Mr. Christopher Dahm (if that is a real person) president of Prestige Timeshare Marketing.

Mr. Dahn,

I will get straight to the point and bring the bottom line up front before I offer my explanation for doing so. I want my association with your company to end upon receipt of this letter and my money refunded in full ($2,097.00) for contract number 6278 and sent to the above address.

My property has been with your marketing agency almost two years and I have not seen any results at all for my money. Your marketing agents are very skilled at delaying response to customers and very talented in making a customer believe that their property is on the verge of being sold, for instance; the first marketing agent I dealt with was a Mr. Michael Parker, once he received my money I never heard from him again. The next person that was an assigned to me was a Mr. Rich Allen, again the same story.

After making several calls I find that my property was turned over to Mr. David Harris on 7/9/07, Mr. Harris stated my property had in fact been sold to a doctor from Venezuela and that he was waiting for the background check before going to closing. On 8/17/07 Mr. Harris stated that my property was number 80 in line for closing. On 9/7/07 Mr. Harris stated that my property was now number 40 in line for closing and should go pretty quickly. On 9/25/07 Mr. Harris said that our closing was set for 12 Oct 07 and to call in at 10 A.M. I dutifully called in on the above mentioned date and was told by Mr. Harris that the doctor from Venezuela did not show and would let me know what had happened. Mr. Harris told be that the doctor had been arrested by the FBI for illegal drug sales and that he (Mr. Harris) was nearly arrested also.

I don't know about you Mr. Dahm but something about that doesn't ring true. To this point I have received nothing for the money your company received from me and feel that I have been led down a path I do not desire to go down. If I do not receive the money that I paid you nearly two years ago I will be forced to send a copy of this letter to the Better Business Bureau, the Florida State Attorney General and my lawyer. I would appreciate a quick refund concerning this issue.
