Company Refuses to Honor Warranty. Changed name and claims that I never brought spa from them! New Milford Connecticut

Company refuses to honor warranty, brought Spa less than 2 years ago. They changed their name and address and I even spoke to the salesman that sold me the Spa and he told me, I never brought a Spa from them! I purchased Spa from Northern Spa, if I call the numbers provided on my invoice they work and redirect to Forever spa as well as their website. If you type www.northernspa.com into the URL, it takes you directly to the Forever Spa website, which states (OMG, I went to copy the direct wording from website and they changed it, I've also reported them to the BBB), as of yesterday (March 20) it stated, "brought to you by Northern Spas, same great people, same great service, but better name."
