Stolen payment

Cratefurniture.com has stolen 1,396.01. Two sofas and cushion sets with stain protection were oreder on April 25. We have not recieved these items. We have tried to call many times and only get an answering machine. 2 times we have heard back from a recorded messgae stating that the merchandise was being shipped, 4 weeks delivery time. Nothing came. We can not reach anyone from this company. I have reported them to the BBB in Richmond va. And the Virginia Consumer services agency. The next step is criminal legal action and civil action. These people don not believe that we have the resources to follow through with these actions. They are wrong!
This will be carried out to the fullest extent of the law!
