I paid them $10,864 for a bathroom remodel, then they abandoned with only a demolished bathroom

I, Jerry *, paid Wes (last name unknown) and Karissa Gates of CBS Company $10,864.10 for labor and materials in September. I have nothing to show for it, but a demolished master bath and a few fixtures.

Complaint Description: Neither Wes nor Karissa Gates have responded to any of my inquiries since September. Wes ordered all my materials under his name and invoiced them to me as follows:

1st payment (Down) $3,125.36 Inv 107645 8/23/07 (1/2 of initial $6250.36 job total)

Tile Payment $3,312.93 Inv 04552A 9/11/07

Add'l Payment (tile, fixtures, etc) $3,348.32 Inv 3 9/15/07

Jacuzzi $1,077.49 Inv 454863 9/25/07
Total Paid To date $10,864.10

Now I cannot get my materials for which I paid, or status of anything, although I have called, mailed and emailed numerous times since late September. I still have a demolished bathroom, though I have paid him $10,864.10. After generously deducting $1000 for demolition (90% comp / with considerable wall damage) and $1365.90 worth of fixtures that I have, CBS Company owes me $8497.84 in materials not delivered and installation not completed. I have much information about this project, including financial summary, time line, business information, estimates/invoices/payments, email chronology, name/address/phone searches, filed complaints and demolished bathroom pictures.
