Just Rugs Charged credit card for rug, never delivered it and will not credit me back or respond

I ordered a rug from this company on the internet. They guaranteed delivery within 7 days.

That was over 3 weeks ago and no delivery of the rug.

There is no way to speak with a human as their phone number just keeps referring you to their website to send an email with whatever you want to do.

They have not responded to anything that I have sent them and to date have not credited the money back to me nor have they responded to any communication to them.

I have left voice messages, sent faxes to the number they provide on their website, sent a letter to the address they have posted on their site and emails to their customer support email address and nothing.

Avoid this company as they obviously are not reputable. The money I have apparently lost is not as significant as it could have been had I ordered a larger and more expensive rug, so, I am fortunate in that way.

However, noone likes to get ripped off and these people are obviously in that business.
