I started working in december of 07, thought it was a good company to work for little did i know that i went through hell and was by far the worst job i have ever had.

The company retro fits this foam insulation into your walls, its supposed to fill all cracks and voids in wall that it does, till the water dries up and the product shrinks in your walls giving you what you had before. Poor insulation. I was a installer and know this first hand. Also they try to fill behind concrete walls which will never get a fill in your wall like this due to the small holes between your brick and morter, while i was there was not a house that we completed that went problem free, bloing out walls, really, pumps running diffrent lbs of pressure at time change in the foam and consisticy.

The part owner of this company is bryan k and he's a real piece of work he thinks this is the thing of the future, i just sit back and laugh now, that i have a new job that pays me on time and don't give me excuses why not.

I don't think bryan ever got to his company in the morning before me, he's always running late to everything he does, i got paid on my paydate once in 3 months, always a lack of funds, he's unorganized, I still to date 3-14-07 have not been payed what i should have been. If your thinking of getting this insulation in your walls think again and go to someone who knows what there doing and don't make the terrible mistake i did.
