Nearly two weeks ago I ordered some merchandise from University Scientific. After making my purchase I was immediately charged. I was given a confirmation number and was under the impression that my order would be shipped immediately.
Now, after several attempts to contact the company I have not been responded to. I have attempted to call their listed phone number, but it is inoperable.
Also, upon researching the University Scientific company, it appears that is a common issue that most people never get resolved. There has been at least 20 complaints to the better business bureau.
In my many attempts to reach them about my shipped package, and with no success— all I want NOW is my money back. If it is possible for someone to adhere to this unchanging matter concerning University Scientific, perhaps honest consumers like myself would not be troubled.
