Spent over $400 on 2 items and worker u loaded vanity broke it they won't take blame

Spent over $400 on 2 items. And since they were large had the workers put in car. They shoved the heavy vanity in the widest way even though i said put it in on a slant. When we took it out they bak leg was broken off. When i called and talke to bothe the managers they blamed me. Rude, unprofessional staf. When they get stuff for free they treat customers like crap. Several other people i know waid they get treated bad as well. This is scuh a big corporation and cause but hire staff that have no clue about customer service. I contacted the website so far no response!
