Ripoff I still do not have the vanity set

I purchased a dining room table w/6 chairs as well as a vanity set the dining room set was delivered but not the vanity set but I was told that it would all be delivered the same day. The delivery driver informed me that he did not have the vanity set on the truck they had sold the last one and that in about a week he will get it to me.

3 1/2 month later no calls at all on the status of the vanity. He called me Monday August 30 and stated that the vanity set was in and that he will have it delivered before 5pm Thursday Sept 2. I went in the store to inquire about the vanity and the customer service rep informed me that they did not know who I spoken with but neither of them had called me and that the person that I may have spoken with was not in today.

I asked for the manager and that got really rude. I asked for the corp number when I called the number a answering service came on stated that all customer service rep were busy but that after a few beeps a answering machine took over. I still do not have the vanity set
