This how i got ripped off by this nationwide pools

I meet several contractors one of them was nationwide pools it all started when they send out what thy call a regional manager by the name mathew barrass comes and meet with you @your home, where he gives you list of guarantees vs. What the other pools companies that supposedly don't have. And then he start by giving you that they only have one special offer left over that he might get an approval by the owner keith, which he stated to you the only way they can honor that offer is to put down $2500 for permit.

Come to find out that they didn't quote me the best price i thought they might have. I explained to them they were my second choice because of cost they asked me if we could meet again the owner keith loring stuart and his manager mathew barrass were again very friendly at first and courteous, then the owner keith stuart said he would work some numbers and get back to me on tuesday by wednesday i assumed they weren't going to match the best price as i mentioned to them about their 10 day to match the best price or i get my money back they started to insult me, curse me, and threatening me hanging up on me by his so called wife (lynn homes stuart. I faxed them requesting a refund of my $2500 deposit i didn't hear from them again and i'm now working with an attorney to get my refund.
