In June I contracted with Bridgewater Landscape, specifically with David Connor, to landscape my yard. At the time, I had a lawn, retaining wall, and a slope planted with ground cover.
He told me he would landscape my yard, and the job would take 3-4 weeks. He wrote up a contract which reflected that time-line.
He tore up my yard in record time.in retrospect, I realize this was to start collecting money. To date, I have paid him over $40,000. Today my yard consists of rusting rebar, mud, rubble and weeds. When he does answer my calls, he says something will happen next Monday or Tuesday. Most times he does not respond. I have not heard from him in 3 months. No work has been done in over a year.
This man has destroyed my home and my life style. This has to be illegal!
