BUYER BEWARE - Purchase at Your Own Risk

On February 5 I ordered a commercial grade stainless steel sink from this company. The order was placed on line and the item was paid for immediately through Pay Pal, a direct payment whereby the money is deducted directly from my checking account and paid to Cafe Products.com.

I waited patiently for several weeks for my sink to arrive and then contacted the company. Sean Larson explained that the company was going through some reorganization and it would be shipped very shortly. After another couple of weeks expired, without any response, I contacted him again. At this time I told him I could not wait any longer for the sink and he promised a refund of $535.00. Several months went by with repeated requests for my refund.

Anyone doing business with Cafe Products.com should be warned that this on line ccompany presents itself as a legitimate company but they took my money and gave me nothing in return.
