Well this started about 4 mnths ago, me and my husband were looking for a new mobile home and went to about 3 different locations before coming here. Debbie paas is the woman i dealt with. We put our app in for credit and were approved contingent on a couple different things. We sold our old home to them to help with a down payment.

We gave her a down payment of 6,000.00 which she asked for. She allowed us to move in without signing closing paperwork. We have lived here for 4 mnths without closing. Every month when i went to pay our rent she said dont worry about it were gonna close soon. So i didnt think twice about it.

I was offered a job working for this company at a different location and i accepted. After working here i had access to rent manager the software they use to allocate rent payments and such.

I looked up my acct to see according to the rent manager i had been paying random amts since i moved in? I never gave her money for rent the only money i handed her was a down payment for closing on our home. So this kinda freaked me out.instead of calling her i spoke with her boss benita. Benita said she was asked by cindy the owner to watch debbie because there was a couple shady things going on there. So i told her that i have not closed on my home that i was told i didnt have to pay anything and i am seeing my acct has been having random payments on it that i dont know where there coming from. She researched it more and was concerned my down paymt was being messed with.

Well to make a really long story short, we confronted the owner cindy she called me a slum a spic and drove from ill to have a meeting about this. I did not want to go to the meeting because she was nasty on the phone so i could only imagine how shed be in person. I was called over and over to come to the reynoldsburg office. So finally i said fine i came and she told me the same things she said on the phone i told her i want my money back were not closing on this home this is not how you do business and she got in my face and was yelling and acting irrate. She snatched my son who is 6 by the arm and dragged him out of the office.

I went straight to reynoldsburg police they said all they can do is take a report because she didnt assault him. Well they still have not refunded our money back, we are without a home and i lost my job. Not to mention this company houses 53 diff locations throughout ohio illinois and teexas. They have been in business for over 30 yrs, i am one of a lot of people thet have screwed.

Beware of these companys. Reynoldsburg estates, fairlane mobile homes, hilltop sales, jmoore sales, and many more. They dont pay you when you work, they steal money from innocent people, and they are definetly not customer oriented.
