Failed to return 5,000 euro deposit despite many calls and contacts, Costa Blanca

Jarlath O'Malley of Erin Sol Inter a property sales company in Spain, has avoided us and recently we traveled to Spain from Ireland to track him down to ask for the return of our hard earned money. His response; he runs into a bank, he calls his lawyer, who call the police, who arrive lights flashing, ajusting guns and sticks as they approach, he speaks Spanish, I do not but thankfully one of them sees that I'm not the dangerous threat they were told about, when they hear my story, through their patience and broken English and my tourist Spanish they tell me to take him to court, but Mr. O'Malley knows how expensive that is and continues to flim flam and try to talk his way out of re-paying our deposit of 5,000. He has never answered his phone to our calls. He returned 2 calls in which he offered us another "dream" property. This is going on since June. The deposit was for a Family holiday home in Spain and was our dream that Mr. O'Malley turned into a nightmare.

After weekly calls and emails he has never answered my call as my name comes up on his mobile phone.

My sleep is disturbed, my smile is gone, my serenity is shattered and all since I believed this mans smooth talk of holiday dream homes.
