This company sold us our home and it is made with the cheapest materials and as other consumers stated, out roof leaked almost immediately. They came out to "fix" it which they never could do

After we got our home delivered in April of the house almost immediately began to leak. We contacted the maintenance dept. And let them know about it. They sent out someone to "fix" the leaks. His idea of fix was to caulk the leak. Alas, it didn't work. It continued to leak and then more leaks began to spring up. They continued to pile more caulk on top of the old caulk and did their spit and scotch tape job that they considered maintenance. The roof never would stop leaking. My complaints went unanswered. Our warranty finally ran out, so now we were left with a leaking roof to fix ourselves.

We hired professionals to come out and look at it. They laughed when they saw what Palm Harbor considered repair work. We just paid 3,000 to have the roof ripped out and replaced entirely. Now I have a roof over our head that I know will hold up. As a matter of fact the roof I am sure will outlast this poor excuse of a house we bought.

To me it was not worth getting my blood pressure up fighting a losing battle with these crooks. So buyer beware! You don't get what you think you are buying. Cabinets are so poorly constructed, the frames are scraps nailed together to form a makeshift frame. Staples make up most of the construction inside the home. I was a single mother at the time I bought this home and I was trying to provide for my children the best I could at the time. Little did I know this company was going to take advantage of me in my time of needing a roof over our heads. Shame on them for the way they rip off people. What goes around comes around, one day they will have to answer for their deeds.
