I ordered an espresso machine on essentialesspreso.com, and they sent me the wrong stuff, charged my account, and have been giving me the total run around and not responding to messages I've placed. The number listed online, no one answers. I've waited on the phone waiting for anyone to pick up for hours and hours at a time. I'm left unable to do anything about this.
