They stopped returning my phone calls. This is a scam! I never recieved my product i ordered!

About 3 weeks ago i ordered a $150.00 lighting system for my inside garden.
When i didn't recieve it a week later i talked to the guy and he told me he was mailing it on Monday and would be here on Wednesday.
Now, it has been 3 weeks and he stopped returning my phone calls!
This is the first incident i ever had with online buying. I'm infuriated!
My garden has now died and i have no clue what to make of this!
Don't buy off of insidesun.com! It's a SCAM! It's not worth the headache!
