Service Worst appliance salesman ever!

My Mother purchased a refridgerator from Kevin Genthe Appliance when she bought a home to be close to her daughters. As her daughter, I helped her through this process.

Genthe appliance has an ad on the local radio station so I took Mom there to check it out, she had a refridgerator delivered, but after they left, she noticed most of the shelves missing and a cover plate missing off the door handle. She called right away and Kevin (the owner) said he would get them out right away.
Three weeks later she did not hear anything so I called Kevin, he wanted the name, and said he would look into it and call back.

Two weeks later, still no word, I called Kevin again, and again he wanted the name and was going to get back to me. When I asked him if he was truley going to get back this time he freaked out! He went totally off the wall, He said how dare I even question him, he asked if I was one of "those women" that need to get the last word in, I felt so insulted, never has anyone that was suposed to be professional ever stooped to this level. He is an unstable, unprofessional jerk in my book, he is one of the slimmy salesguys that give them all a bad name. Mom still has no shelves, the last conversation where he freaked out was a week ago he hung up on me after he yelled he would look into it. I guess we will see who gets the last word in I am reporting him everywhere I possibily can... Maybe I am one of "those women" after all.
