When we purchased this home we were told it was 100% covered as far as framework, roof and general structure, well it leaks and just try to get someone responsible to make it all right. Also the acheat unit was to be 10 year warranteed well it is out and who do we get to replace it. No paperwork was given to us to bind all the lies we were told by George Dick. All our worries about purchasing this home was relieved by Mr. Dick but not backed up by paper.
