Fraudulently hid bad flooring mixed in the good flooring! Rip off!

Fraud charges have been filed with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Bureau of Consumer Protection and complaints with the BBB.

Carpet Close Outs hid damaged wood flooring in boxes of good wood flooring that I purchased from them.

All I have asked for is the replacement of the 5 damaged boxes that I paid for. It was not cheap and I have not been able to get them to resolve my complaint. They have a couple of locations in Austin...
