Gexa fraud!

I existed at a flat to get a short time of period where Gexa was the electric company. After I shifted, I named nicely ahead of time to create a romantic date to end my support. The repetition explained the support could be disconnected about the day I'd required. About 2 weeks afterwards, a Gexa bill was submitted to my new handle for costs after I'd shifted out. I approached their customer support department. And was told a boss might contact me back. There is no-call back and after I created many more unanswered demands, I submitted a using the BBB of Metro Houston. Two years later (yes, 2 yrs) a repetition named me and explained they'd no report of my phone which I'd result in the support. Then they wrongly documented the problem as resolved towards the BBB. I reaffirmed my criticism using the BBB where it remains uncertain even today. GEXA has created no sincere work to solve the problem and they've repeatedly equipped fake and/or imperfect data towards the BBB. The unfortunate truth is that they can bill you improperly and WOn't examine the situation and sometimes even return a telephone call concerning the issue. If you examine their report using the Better Business Office, you will observe that they've quit a broad aftermath of robbery and deceit.

Don't work with gexa energy.

They're a shady organization having a long and founded record of defrauding their clients.
