Eddie Stokes defaulted on his purchase contract of the company

I am the original owner of Forest Mist, I signed a contract of intent with Mr Stokes in June for him to purchase the "naming and use" rights of the company name (Forest Mist). He had the name changed to "Forest Mist Pool & Spa Inc." shortly after. He has since defaulted on that contract (mid 2007) and left quite a few people and myself stranded (so to speak).

I am sorry for what Mr Stokes has done to those people of Kingwood, I have full intentions of taking Mr Stokes to court and taking him out of any business dealings with anyone. The least he could have done is let people know he was having problems and would they please understand and work with him, but no, he did not do that, so what goes around for Mr Stokes, comes around...
