Poor Customer SVC and Delay of delivery

Superstition springs store on southern:

Me and my wife bought furniture around the 1st of November. We bought a bedroom set and we were told that it could be delivered that week. Then after we purchased the bedroom they said in their computer they can only deliver it on Dec. 09 which is the soonest. So we thought we could handle that. I asked the Rep. If my furniture is past that and I don't receive it and want a refund she said sure no problem. Friday came along two days before delivery and we got a phone call. They said we are sorry but your delivery will not be delivered on Dec. 9 due to manufactures delay. I called them back and was upset because we had plans for the weekend and had to reschedule due to the furniture. So I ask the rep. The reason and she would not give me one and on top of that she was very rude. I asked to speak to a manager then was told there was no manager or supervisor there to talk to but they can have them call me by the end (it was Friday). No one calls at the end of day. I called back Saturday Dec. 8th and rep. Said same thing, sorry but there is no manager or supervisor available.

Again, the rep. Said someone will call me back by end of day and by this point I'm pist off. No one calls me by the end of day. Next day, Sunday call again and this time I said I demand a manager or supervisor or I will cancel this order and get refund. Manager comes to phone and I try to find out the problem and also why no supervisor called me and expained to her that I use to be in retail and the level of service being provided by them was bad. I asked her if I can get some type of discount for this terrible service and she said sorry we cant do that. I told her I said I want a refund and she said there will be a 30% re-stocking fee. I said the sales rep. Told me that I would not because I did not receive the merchandise. The manager I spoke with was very rude and unhelpful. Then I asked to speak to someone above her and she said there is no one above her. I find that hard to believe because I use to work retail. I want to tell everyone out there that is reading this that i will never shop there again and that was the worst experience i have ever had at any funiture type store. The room store has much better service! I don't know what to due and all i want is a refund.
