Greedy, lying, thief

Beware of this man he talks the talk but is a very greedy individual that will say anything to make you hire him! He lied to the town about having a license he committed fraud on the application and then he forged a plumbers name and another plumbers license to the plumbing permit application, he took $82, -000.00 from us and left a very dangerous framed addition that could have come down around us, but he got away with it like all these scum contractors do because the courts just don't give a darn about the homeowners! This man lives in a beautiful home with a wife and two children both whom go to private schools, his wife is a dr. My daughter was injured due to his negligence we have had to refinance yet again to finish this house while he walks around like god. He has done this to three other people that we know of he has criminal charges pending against him, but is still going out to work everyday, this man does not know what he is doing he just comes in and takes the money and pretends to build and then the lies begin and the calls start to come that he has bounced checks or hasn't paid anybody any money etc. Very evil person. We have lost all this money because he was not made to give it back by the courts, he lucked out with the binding arbitrator whom i think he paid off because the binding arbitrator found 3 foot foundation wall s and there is none pretty scarey huh. This man should not be able to sleep at night after what he has done to people he is nothing but a thief! And his wife backs him 100% so you have to wonder. Please beware of this man he takes the money and runs. Drives through town and the nerve walks into church every sunday the perfect family man. But god knows what he did. The attorney generals office is to busy and only does something if there is more than one report, the state department fined him $2000.00 and suspended a license that he didn't have anyway, the plumbing commission fined him another $2000.00 and the town has fined him $4000.00 mind you none of this money goes to us. The guaranty fund takes forever to answer claims so we are left with nothing, the town is richer, the state is richer our lawyer is richer and the scum is richer. Where is the justice in the state of massachusetts.
