Hans c nemec is in new orleans trying to pass himself off as a licensed, insured, and bonded plumbing contractor. He is not. He has been ripping off customers for several months after the katrina storm destroyed new orleans. He does shotty work and does not have the expertise to complete the work he starts. The states attorney's office is looking for him for being a fruad so if you come into contact with this man please be careful he's out to get your money and will rip you off in a heart beat!

This man says he is from illinois, and he has a story about how the state has messed up his license when the truth is he is using another company's license number without permission. He has been suspended from the better business bureau due to not having a contractors LICENSE or INSURANCE. People in louisiana be careful this man is a crook. He aslo collects social security disability from the government and did not report anything to them about him being able to work a normal job / this man is a liar and a cheat as well as a thief. This man is not a licensed plumber and has no licensing in louisiana or any other state i could find.
